Inòpera is a Gutturnio CDO, sparkling, unfilterd and without added sulphites.
To the eye it appears light red and slightly cloudy (thanks to the presence of the yeasts that generate the refermentation in the bottle).
The bubbles are fine and persistent.
The cold and sharp drink would like to give a moment of suspension without acting or operating: Inòpera.
